PVH Bowel Enema Syringe - Daily/Regular use will help in relieving constipation and skin diseases. Can use normal clean water. It is an alternative for the traditional Enema cans which can be cumbersome.

How to Use:

1. Try to empty your bowel normally. Need not worry if you have difficulty due to constipation.

2. Take clean water in a container.

3. Fill the 150 ml syringe with clean water.

4. Insert the syringe nozzle into the Anus hole. Gents can reach the anus hole from the back side. Ladies can do it from the front side.

5. Just insert only a small portion of the nozzle, may be 6 to 8mm. (Not the whole nozzle) Once the nozzle is inside, hold tight the anus muscle to form a seal with the nozzle.

6. Press the syringe so that water from the syringe has been sent into your rectum.

7. You may want to empty the bowel at this time when the water is inside your rectum, empty your rectum.

8. You may not feel of wanting to empty the bowel in one syringe.

9. Continue steps 2 to 5 for two or more times if possible/needed.

10. Try to empty the bowel now. Water from the rectum is forced out along with feaces.

11. Repeat the steps 3 to 9, until water comes out clean.

How to Use:

1. Urinate normally.

2. Take clean water in a container.

3. Fill the 100 ml syringe with clean water.

4. Insert the 100 ml syringe nozzle into the vagina fully. Open your legs widely and reach vagina between the legs from the front side.

5. Hold the vagina tight to avoid water leak outs. Need not worry if some or little water leaks out. With a little practice you can do it perfectly.

6. Release the vaginal muscles and let the water out.

7. Continue step 3 to 6 until water comes out clean.

Tips:

1. Do it during your menstrual cycle/period days.

2. Do it after intercourse with your partner for complete cleanliness.

3. Using Vaginal enema cannot guarantee in avoiding pregnancy.
